Product warranty conditions

1. Scan the QR code for a 7-day warranty. Upon receiving the product, please record a video before opening the box. If the product is damaged, the shop will be happy to replace it immediately, including all shipping costs. If there is no video to confirm, the shop refuses to take any responsibility.

2. All products have a 1 year warranty with real gold surface. 99.99% GOLD PVD in every production piece has a production quality certificate. It is not harmful to the body. You can use jewelry cleaning solution or alcohol to clean it.

3. The shop reserves the right to refund in all cases.
